2. Subject of these Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to the access, browsing and use of the Web Site by any person accessing and/or using the Web Site. By accessing or using the Site in any way, you are bound by these terms and conditions.
3. Use of the Web Site
You are fully responsible for your access to the Web Page and for the correct use of the same, which is subject to the applicable legislation in Spain (whether national or international), as well as to the principles of good faith and public order.
You are obliged to make reasonable use of the Web Page, its contents and functions, in accordance with the possibilities and purposes for which this Web Page and its contents have been designed. 4. Exemption from liability
CARR RENEWABLES shall not assume any liability whatsoever, either directly or indirectly, arising from improper use of the Web Site by you or any other user. The user who has made an improper use of the Web Page will assume in any case and exclusively any responsibility for the consequences, damages or actions that may result from the access or use of the Web Page by him/her, either against CARR RENEWABLES or against any third party.
CARR RENEWABLES provides access to the Web Site and its content using the technical means at its disposal to do so. You accept that there may be an interruption in access to the Web Site due to specific needs, failures beyond the control of CARR RENEWABLES, maintenance, overloads, etc. CARR RENEWABLES cannot be held liable for any interruption of access to the Web Site.
CARR RENEWABLES may make corrections, improvements or modifications to the content and/or functions of the Web Site, without such corrections, improvements or modifications giving CARR RENEWABLES any right to claim or receive any compensation or any kind of acknowledgement of liability on the part of CARR RENEWABLES. 5. Ownership of the Web Site and its contents
CARR RENEWABLES is the owner (or licensee) of all intellectual and industrial property rights or rights of analogous nature on the Web Page and all its contents. CARR RENEWABLES may in some cases process personal data of those who access the Website as indicated in the Privacy Policy.
9. Validity of these Conditions
If any section of these Conditions is declared null and void or unenforceable, such declaration shall not affect the remaining sections of these Conditions, which shall continue to be valid and in force.
10. Modification of these Conditions
CARR RENEWABLES reserves the right to modify these Conditions at any time. To do so, it will suffice to publish the new Conditions on the Web Page. In this way, every time you or a third party accesses, navigates and/or uses the Web Page, the Conditions that are published on the Web Page at that moment will be applicable.
11. Jurisdiction
CARR RENEWABLES is confident that any dispute between you and CARR RENEWABLES can be resolved amicably. If this is not possible, either party may bring the dispute before the courts of the city of Bilbao or the courts of the city of Houston, Texas, as applicable, depending on whether you have had a relationship with CARR RENEWABLES or CARR RENEWABLES, LLC.
